Antique Coalport Porcelain Cup & Saucer Hand Painted Landscape Scenes Early 19th c Silk Cacharel was founded in 1958This is a lovely cup and saucer made in the Adelaide footed form by John Rose at the Coalport Porcelain Works, circa 1825. Neither piece has a makers mark, but the saucer is hand numbered 4 467 twice, which is the marking system used by the John Rose Co at the Coalport Porcelain Works during the first quarter of the 19th century.
