This is a vintage cable pattern sweater made in Austria under the Geiger Tyrol label

Shoulders:  16” across from shoulder/sleeve seam to shoulder/sleeve seam

This blouse was well stored over the years and looks like it saw little use

so then officially became a Savile Row tailor

It actually consists of a number of small plumes held together with a clip there appear to be five or six altogether. The bottom of the each feather is wound in a paper like material with wire ends.
