Antique George III Sterling Silver Georgian Rococo Teapot London John Wakefield 1819 Recently Added A fine & large antiqueA fine and elegant antique Georgian Regency Rococo Sterling silver teapot, from the reign of King George III, by John Wakefield, London 1819. The teapot is lavishly and profusely decorated with floral repouss work, the hinged lid with a floral finial, the body of the teapot with scrolling floral designs and a zoomorphic spout with a creature's head for the mouth of the teapot. The teapot is raised on four cabriole legs terminating to scrolled claw
