The wine spends three years in large barrels and concrete

50% fermented in stainless steel and 50% in old Burgundy barrels and aged on the lees for nine months

The generously proportioned medium weight flavors possess good punch as well as a seductive texture on the lightly mineral inflected finish that displays just a bit more verve.
