The Laddie 8 The eight year old Laddie comes from the Bruichladdich Distillery on the Isle of Islay. Whisky has been produced there on the shores of Loch Indaal since 1881. Both American and European oak casks were used for the Laddie Eight. It was bottled very confidently at 50% ABV, which is intended to encourage the development of the aromas.
